Shipping policy

Country of delivery:

This delivery policy applies within Poland.

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our shipments:

Order cut-off time: 18:00 (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Warsaw), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will no longer be processed on the same day. For orders processed after this time, the estimated delivery time will be extended by one day.

Order processing time: 1 to 3 days, Monday to Friday. After this period, the order is handed over to the carrier and prepared for shipment.

Delivery time: 7 to 9 days, Monday to Friday.

Total delivery time: 8 to 12 business days

We use the following carriers:

• Poczta Polska
• InPost
• DPD Polska

Shipping costs:

Delivery within Poland is free of charge. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered free of charge to homes in Poland. However, in some cases, customs duties may apply, which are borne by the buyer. No minimum order quantity is required.
