Refund policy
At Zenido, we make every effort to deliver products of the highest quality and to provide excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to return your item:
Return period: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return policy: Products must be in unchanged condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return procedure: Contact us at support@zenido.com.pl to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the address to which the product should be returned.
Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
No worries—if you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge. However, you must notify us and return the product within 14 days.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive it and then use the standard return procedure.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. You may always return your item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
